Mystery shoppers, also called secret shoppers, are sent to stores, restaurants, spas and everything in between, to evaluate the customer service received, overall experience, and goods or services purchased. Want to try out that new Cuban restaurant in your neighborhood? There might be a mystery shopping job for that! Need your carpets cleaned? Yep. There are assignments for that, too. Need new windshield wiper blades? Just got mine this week, and as you may have guessed, while on assignment as a mystery shopper. The sky is truly the limit with the types of assignments available.
